• 24 small, store-bought biscotti, any kind without chocolate will work (I like the cranberry or pistachio)
  • 2 8-ounce packages herbed cream cheese, whipped to soften
  • 24 slices salami
Serves: 24 crostini

Lay the biscotti flat on a cutting board. Spread with a spoonful of herb cream cheese—it will be a thick smear. Roll the salami and arrange one piece on the top of each biscotti. Arrange on a platter and they are ready to serve!
