For the crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
For the filling
  • 2 pounds cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten well
Serves: 10-12

Preheat oven to 350°F.
For the crust, mix crumbs, butter, cinnamon and sugar. Press mixture into the bottom and along the sides of a well-greased, 9-inch Springform pan.

Place cream cheese and brown sugar into an electric mixer bowl and beat well. Add vanilla and flour. With mixing spoon, add eggs. Pour filling into Springform pan and bake for 70 minutes.
