Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (you can also use coconut, hemp or rice milk)
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
- A dash cayenne
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or coconut sugar (optional)

Preparation
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend on medium. Pour mix into a saucepan and heat for 2-4 minutes over medium heat.
