Keri Glassman's Turmeric Latte

Serves 1

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (you can also use coconut, hemp or rice milk)
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
A dash cayenne
2 teaspoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon maple syrup or coconut sugar (optional)


Combine all ingredients in blender and blend on medium. Pour mix into a saucepan and heat for 2-4 minutes over medium heat.
Drink and enjoy!
