Serves 8-10

“This is my mom, Joy’s, famous go-to dessert! It has six ingredients and it's a giant crowd pleaser!

Ingredients

2 pounds ricotta cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2  tablespoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 12 ounce bag mini chocolate chips
 
For serving:
Cannoli shell chips, graham crackers, cinnamon-sugar pita chips and/or empty cannoli shells, broken into large pieces

Preparation

Mix ingredients together in a medium bowl. Serve with cannoli shell chips, graham crackers, cinnamon-sugar pita chips and/or broken empty cannoli shells alongside for dipping.
