Working at the Rachael Ray show means we’re often lucky enough to try many of Rachael’s recipes -- sometimes even made by her!

But, while all of her creations are darn right drool-worthy, we each have a favorite!

Read on to meet some of our hungry staffers—and maybe even find a new favorite Rachael recipe yourself.

Robin Joseph, Director, Rights & Clearances: Drunken Spaghetti with Mushrooms and Chard

This pasta is really easy to make but unique, and looks like you’ve been slaving away over it all day. It’s also fun to make when people come over for dinner! I like to switch it up a little and add toasted chopped hazelnuts or pistachios on top for a bit of crunch and extra nuttiness.

Briana Scibilia, Wardrobe Assistant: Pumpkin Timpano

I thought using a pumpkin to bake the ziti in was such a different approach to your regular baked ziti. It changed the flavor (in a good way!) to give it that warm, “fall” kind of feel to it!

Jill Skinner, Director, On-Air Promotions: Grainy Mustard Chicken Thighs

It was love at first bite! My hubby and I both love this easy dish so I make it at least once a month! Now I switch up the protein and normally use chicken breast and leave out the potatoes for a lower carb meal. But the grainy mustard sauce always stays the same. Always. I even make it with pork chops!

Breia Brissey, Manager, Social and Digital Marketing: S’mores Nachos

This chocolatey twist on a classic guilty-pleasure dish leaves you wanting, well, s’more! Plus, it’s super simple to make -- only four ingredients -- which means more time for munching on this marshmallow goodness. Nachos in dessert form are an instant party-pleaser and definite tummy treat. You can’t go wrong.

Richard Cortes, Art Department Coordinator: Cheesy Chicken in Poblano Sauce

It embodies the sheer deliciousness of Latin flavors along with the satisfying taste of cheesy goodness! This is my "go to" dish when hosting dinner parties!

Jeanine Asencio, Editor: Spanish-Style Skirt Steak Pinwheels

First of all, manchego cheese is my absolute favorite. Nothing tops it! And skirt steak? Well… that just happens to be my favorite kind of steak! What do you get when you roll the two together with some smoky chorizo and fresh parsley? One happy girl!

Grant Melton, Senior Associate Culinary Producer: Dan Dan Noodles

Dan-dan noodles are just as fun to eat as they are to say!

Jeanette Donnarumma, Culinary Producer: Black Bean Chili

I remember this recipe being on the show right around the time I started 10 years ago! It’s delicious, flavorful, vegetarian-friendly if you’re entertaining a crowd, and also really healthy!

Jesse Green, Producer: Apple, Celery and Onion Stuffing

I love the combo of sweet and salty. And the texture is great. I could eat it all day.

Nina Mehta, Director, Digital Marketing: Five-Ingredient White Ziti

I made the five-ingredient White Ziti over the holidays because my niece and nephew are picky eaters and have a thing about tomatoes right now. The only eat white pizza. It was a hit with the adults too! ;)

Glenn Milley, Senior Associate Producer: Macaroni and Cheese Primavera

I really love RR’s Macaroni and Cheese Primavera that she made when Katie Holmes was here Season 8. (Fun fact: Some of the staff got to sit in the audience because it was a blizzard and audience members couldn’t make it). I went home and made it after I saw it on the show and it’s a fav because…simply put, it. is. amazing. It’s packed with a ton of colorful veggies so you don’t feel guilty about having mac and cheese and is (as RR says) gorgeous. Great comfort food all year round.

Jessica Sabato-Alleman, Associate Producer: Buffalo Chicken Chili

It’s a huge crowd pleaser during football season!

Tina Wu, Senior Food Stylist: White Chili Turkey Tacos

It’s easy and delicious… what could be better than that?
