A couple of our favorite 12-year-old bakers, the “Kitchen Twins” Emily and Lyla, stopped by today to show us their brand-new gluten-free cookie recipes.

Yep, you heard that right. These gluten-free cookies have salty potato chips cooked right in.
Tip: Don’t spend a fortune on gluten-free flour -- just grind up Certified Gluten-Free oats in a food processor and you’ve got instant and affordable GF flour!

You’ve probably seen these at the grocery store or the bakery, and wondered how they were made… turns out it’s really simple, and you don’t even need cookie cutters -- drinking glasses will do just fine. A blend of almond and oat flour make these sweet sandwich cookies gluten-free.
You didn’t think we were going to send you on your way with only two recipes? We rounded up four more of our GF faves.

I know, it might sound weird at first, but go with us on this. This avocado ice cream is gluten-free, full of heart-healthy fat and fiber from the avocado, but most importantly, delish.

This recipe is what it sounds like -- a classic apple pie, made without gluten. Sounds simple, but finding a great slice of apple pie can be a challenge with you’re gluten-free.

These peanut butter cup-esque cookie nuggets are naturally gluten free! 5 basic ingredients: powdered sugar, butter, peanut butter, salt, and semi-sweet chocolate go a long way in these melt-in-your-mouth bites of deliciousness.

A dessert with only one ingredient? What?! It’s true! Just melt and whip bittersweet chocolate over an ice bath for a silky smooth, creamy and fluffy mousse that is lacking nothing but gluten.
