Avocado toast: this green-smeared toasty treat is everywhere right now, but that’s not the only clever way to use avocados! To get your inspirational juices flowing, we pulled a few of the prettiest avocado Instagram posts we could find -- and we bet these pics will make you want to indulge in avocado EVERYTHING!

Smear It On Toast

If you’ve never had avocado toast, you’re missing out. Ditch the butter, jam, or whatever else you were using and try this instead: mash avocado with a little lemon juice, red onion, salt and pepper. Drizzle toast with EVOO and smear it on! The best part about this is it’s so versatile -- try topping it with a slice of tomato, pumpkin seeds, berries, hot sauce -- the options are endless!
