Lisa was ready to leave the corporate hustle and bustle, so who did she look to for inspiration? Rach of course! And what she created is pretty darn close to Rach’s dream come true!
“The most cheesy love I have is for the good old grilled cheese sandwich,” Rach said, so it looks like Lisa’s restaurant Cheesy Street Grill is right up her alley.
The restaurant is devoted to grilled cheese, and it’s in the perfect location to be able to impact as many people as possible -- it’s located in a freeway rest area on the Massachusetts Turnpike in Natick, Mass.
The inspiration for the idea was Rach herself! “The idea came to me while I was watching Rachael Ray,” Lisa revealed. “All her tips and tricks for creating wonderful foods just made me so anxious to get into the kitchen and do it myself.”
