Ingredients
  • 7 dashes Peychaud's bitters
  • 1/2 ounce St. Germain elderflower liqueur
  • Splash of Rosé Champagne
  • Two slices (wheels) lemon
Preparation

Put bitters and St. Germain into a wine goblet. Fill with ice, top with champagne and stir gently. Garnish with 2 lemon slices.
