- 7 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- ½ ounce St. Germain elderflower liqueur
- Splash of rosé Champagne
- 2 slices (wheels) lemon
Put bitters and St. Germain into a wine goblet. Fill with ice, top with champagne and stir gently. Garnish with 2 lemon slices.
