  • 2 heads of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon rice wine vinegar


Serves: 4 to 6 servings


Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a big bowl, toss broccoli with sesame and olive oils, and season with salt and pepper. Place onto a parchment-lined sheet tray and roast on the lowest rack in the oven for 15 minutes.

While the broccoli roasts, combine molasses, soy sauce and vinegar. Set aside.

Remove the roasted veggies for the oven, toss with the molasses-soy dressing and serve warm.
