Ingredients
- 6 sugar-free caramel hard candies
- 4 bananas, peeled and sliced in half lengthwise
- 1 pint frozen vanilla yogurt or sorbet
- Fresh or frozen cherries, for topping

Serves: 4
Preparation
Place the sugar-free hard candies into a spice grinder and grind them into a powder. Sprinkle a thick layer of the powder over the flat side of each sliced banana. Using a torch, brȗlée the banana until the caramel has melted and begins to brown. Let sit for one minute to let the caramel harden.
Place two halves of banana into a dish and serve topped with a scoop of vanilla yogurt or sorbet and garnished with cherries.
