Playing BOTJ Raspberry Rhubarb Fizz

Ingredients
  • Raspberry jam or preserves from the bottom of a jar (about ½ ounce)
  • 2 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 pieces rhubarb
  • ½ ounce lemon juice
  • 1 ounce gin
  • Seltzer
  • Rhubarb stalks, for garnish

Serves: 1 cocktail
Preparation

Muddle jam, mint and rhubarb in a shaker then add lemon juice and gin. Shake it up, pour into glasses and top with seltzer. Garnish with a stalk of rhubarb.
