Just take a whole spaghetti squash, poke holes in the outside with a fork, and then put it in your slow cooker with a cup of stock or water. Cook on low for six hours, and you’re done!

Alternatively, another crazy-easy way to cook your squash it to microwave it. Slice the squash in half and scoop out the seeds. Place half the squash cut-side-down in a glass container and add about an inch of water. Microwave on high for 5-10 minutes until soft.
