Ingredients
  • 2 to 3 strawberries, stemmed and chopped
  • 2 to 3 basil leaves, torn
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup seltzer water or club soda
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic drizzle
Preparation

In a tall glass, muddle strawberries with basil and honey using a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon. Add about 1/2 cup of ice and stir to combine. Top with balsamic drizzle and serve.
