Playing Healthy Homemade Soda
Ingredients
  • ½ cup English cucumber, sliced
  • 1 lemon, rind and pith removed
  • 3-4 mint sprigs
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1-1 ½ cups seltzer water or club soda

Serves: 2
Preparation

Add cucumber, lemon, mint sprigs, maple syrup and 2 tablespoons of water to a blender and blend until puréed. Strain into 2 tall glasses, add about ½ cup of ice to each glass and top each drink with seltzer.
