Ingredients
  • 4 cups watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes and frozen
  • One 750-ml bottle dry rosé
  • ½ cup lime juice
  • ½ cup vodka
  • ¼ cup packed fresh mint leaves, plus 6 leaves for garnish

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until it reaches a slushy consistency. Serve garnished with a mint leaf.
