• 4 cups watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes and frozen
  • 1 750-ml bottle dry Rosé
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1/4 cup packed fresh mint leaves, plus 6 leaves for garnish

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until it reaches a slushy consistency. Serve garnished with a mint leaf.
