Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons egg white meringue powder
  • 1 sugar, 1-pound box (4 cups) confectioner's
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice

Yield

Serves: Around 2 cups

Preparation

In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the egg white powder, confectioner’s sugar, 4 tablespoons water, the vanilla and lemon juice with the wire whisk attachment on medium high until it forms peaks, around 5-7 minutes. If it is too stiff, add some more water to loosen.
