Bottom-of-the-Pickle-Jar Michelada

Serves 1 cocktail

Pickle juice from the bottom of the jar, strained
Hot sauce, to taste
2 to 3 ounces tomato juice
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce lime juice
Black pepper, to taste
1 bottle Mexican lager, chilled


Rinse out the pickle jar (to get rid of any chunky bits left at the bottom of the jar) and add all ingredients. Garnish with lime wedge and serve in the pickle jar with a straw.
