- 2 dash bitters, such as Angostura
- Around 4 or 5 ounces Champagne
Fill a wine goblet with ice. Add apple liqueur and bitters and top with champagne. Stir gently.
Garnish with a straw, a cinnamon stick and an apple slice (if apple slices are precut, squeeze a lemon wedge on them to keep slices from oxidizing.)
