Playing "Crush the Packers" Corn Dip & Skol Sausage Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 15-ounce cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups corn chips, crushed
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Yield

Serves: 6 to 8 servings

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the corn, green pepper, red onion and cheddar cheese. Add mayo and mix until combined.

Just prior to serving, mix in crushed corn chips. Serve with tortilla chips on the side.
