- 3 1/2 ounce dark chocolate bar, broken into chunks
- 3 1/2 ounce milk chocolate bar, broken into chunks
- 2 slices white bread, such as ciabatta or sourdough
- Olive oil, for brushing
- Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling
Preheat a panini press.
Sandwich the chocolate between the bread. Brush the outside of the sandwich with olive oil. Place on the panini press, shut the lid and cook until golden brown. Remove from the panini press and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
