On our Mother's Day episode, Rach shows how to make this light and refreshing cocktail, perfect for mom.
- A few leaves of torn basil, per cocktail
- 1 ounce St. Germain (elderflower liqueur), per cocktail
- ½ ounce lemon juice, per cocktail
- 4 ounces Sauvignon Blanc or Sancerre (about ½ glass)
- Sparkling water, to top
Fill a large wine glass, Mason jar or goblet with ice, layering in torn basil. Add St. Germain, lemon juice, wine and top with seltzer or bubble water of choice. Add straw to serve.
