- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- ⅓ cup non-dairy vanilla yogurt
- 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 cup baby spinach
