One viewer shares her favorite dairy-free smoothie for getting beach-body ready without breaking the bank. 


1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup egg whites
⅓ cup non-dairy vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon almond butter
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
1 cup baby spinach


Combined ingredients in a blender jar and process until smooth and combined. Serve immediately.
