Ingredients
- 1 quart ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 box cinnamon-flavored graham crackers
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Preparation
In a small bowl, mix together the ricotta, confectioners’ sugar and cinnamon. Place the mixture into a piping bag.
In a large trifle dish or glass bowl, place a layer of graham crackers. You may need to break them up a bit to make a flat layer. Pipe about a 1/4 of the mixture over the graham crackers. Place another layer of graham crackers on top and continue to layer, ending with cannoli cream on top. Place the trifle into the fridge and chill for at least 8 hours or overnight.
To serve, cover the top of the trifle with the mini chocolate chips.
