This whole air-fried chicken is comforting, simple — and the skin is delectably crispy.

  • 1 whole 3-4 pound chicken
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 lemon, cut in half


Serves: 4 to 6 (1 whole chicken)


Rub the outside of the chicken with oil and salt, and stuff with the lemon halves. 

Place the chicken in the air fryer and cook at 350°F for 30 minutes. 

Allow chicken to rest 10 minutes before carving.
