Rach's husband John adds lemon and elderflower to this white wine spritzer, which was inspired by the Amalfi coast of Italy.
Try pairing this refreshing cocktail with Rach's Surf 'n' Turf Caesar Salad.
Ingredients
- 1 sprig fresh tarragon, plus small sprigs for garnish
- 3 ounces elderflower liqueur
- 3 ounces fresh lemon juice, plus slices for garnish
- White wine
- Club soda or seltzer
Yield
Serves: 2
Preparation
In a cocktail shaker, muddle tarragon. Add elderflower liqueur and lemon juice, then fill with ice, cover and shake vigorously. Strain into 2 ice-filled glasses, top with wine and club soda. Garnish with lemon slices and tarragon.
