  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (20g to 30g)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons chia or flax seeds
  • ½ to 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 handful spinach leaves
  • 1 small Persian cucumber
  • ¼ cup mint leaves (optional)
  • ¼ avocado
  • 2 cups unsweetened nut milk


Serves: 1


Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend, adding water as needed to reach the desired consistency.
