• 1 pound organic strawberries, hulled and diced
  • 1/2 cup wild local honey
  • Plain Greek yogurt or toast, for serving

In a saucepan, cook the strawberries over medium heat until thickened like jam, stirring often. Add honey and continue to cook for 5 to 7 minutes to reduce slightly. Let cool.

Serve over plain Greek yogurt or spread over toast.
