- 2 cups raspberries
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice, from 4 limes
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 2 cups blackberries, blueberries or raspberries
- 1 cup fresh orange juice, from 2 to 4 oranges
- Sparkling water
For each concentrate, blend ingredients until smooth. Using a fine-mesh strainer, strain puree to remove any seeds or pulp. Refrigerate puree in an airtight container up to 1 week. When ready to use, combine with sparkling water to achieve desired sweetness and to give your soda plenty of “pop.”
