Ingredients
- 1½ bricks cream cheese
- ¾ cup drained dill pickle chips, chopped, plus 2 tablespoons brine
- ¼ cup fresh dill, chopped, plus more for garnish
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 4 everything, poppy or sesame bagels, split and toasted
- 1½ cups dill pickle potato chips, lightly crushed
Yield
Serves: 4
Preparation
Soften cream cheese a bit at room temp to mix, add pickles and brine, dill, celery seed, and red pepper flakes, then combine. Top bagels liberally with cream cheese, crushed chips and more dill.
