- Ice pop molds or paper cups and popsicle sticks
- 3 bananas
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup water, milk of choice or pineapple juice (depending on desired sweetness or creaminess)
Place ingredients in blender or food processor. Purée to smoothie-like consistency.
Pour into molds. Freeze for 1-3 hours.
