John created this drink to go with Rach's "Easter feaster" meal, but it's a great spring and summer option for pretty much any brunch, lunch or dinner. He adds the popular lemon-flavored Italian liqueur, limoncello, to a classic Negroni, and as Rach says, the result is "beautiful!"

The rest of the menu includes Rachael's Deviled Egg Salad Bites, Lemon Pepper Lamb Chops and Roast Chicken, Roasted Baby Potatoes and Radishes and Spring Vegetable Sauté. For dessert, Rach's sister, Maria, whipped up a Pistachio-Walnut Carrot Cake AND Pecan Pie Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ ounces gin
  • ¾ ounce Campari
  • ¾ ounce limoncello
  • ¾ ounce sweet vermouth
  • Lemon twist, for garnish

Yield

Serves: 1

Preparation

Add the gin, Campari, limoncello and sweet vermouth to a rocks glass. Fill with ice and stir to chill. Garnish with lemon twist.

Always Drink Responsibly.
