Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup mint leaves, plus more for garnish
- 4 mint tea bags
- Ice
- 1 cup bourbon
- Sliced lemon, for garnish
Yield
Serves: 6-8
Preparation
Bring 4 cups water with sugar and mint leaves to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Turn off the heat, add tea bags, and let steep until cool.
In rocks glasses, add ice and equal parts bourbon and sweetened mint tea. Garnish with lemon and mint.
