Ingredients
- 1½ bricks cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons harissa paste
- 1 cup chopped fresh dill, parsley, cilantro and mint, combined, plus more for topping
- 1 clove garlic, grated or pasted
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest plus 1 tablespoon juice
- 4 scallions, finely chopped, plus more for topping
- Za’atar spice or everything spice, to serve
- 4 everything bagels, toasted
- Edible flowers, for topping (optional)

Preparation
Combine cream cheese with harissa paste, herbs, garlic, lemon, and scallions. Top bagels liberally with cream cheese and garnish with za’atar or everything spice and serve with more scallions or herbs or edible flowers on top.
