Ingredients

  • 4 cups extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 7-ounce jar pimentos, drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 8-ounce block cream cheese, softened
  • A few dashes hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper

Yield

Serves: 6 to 8 servings

Preparation

Add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor and pulse until combined but not too fine, about 5 pulses. Scoop out into a bowl and chill until ready to serve. Serve with any assortment of crackers and bread you like.
