Quick Tiny Baby Potatoes with Pancetta and Chives
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper
- One ½ pound bag peeled pearl onions (fresh or frozen)
In a pot, combine cream, nutmeg, and butter and cook over medium heat for 2 to 5 minutes; season to taste with salt and pepper. Add pearl onions and cook 5 minutes. Pour into a bowl and serve.
