- 1 Foodstirs Organic Gingerbread Latte Cookie Mix
- 1 egg
- 1 stick unsalted butter (½ cup), at room temperature
Preheat oven to 360˚F.
In a mixing bowl, beat butter until smooth. Add egg and cookie mix, then continue mixing until dough comes together.
On a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, drop tablespoonfuls of dough about 2 inches apart. Bake until edges are golden-brown, 11 to 13 minutes. Let cool on baking sheet before transferring to wire rack to cool completely.
