Playing How to Make a Strawberry Negroni | John Cusimano

John got the idea for this fruity twist on the Negroni—a classic Italian cocktail—during a visit to Jean-Georges Vongerichten's New York restaurant The Fulton. Infusing the gin with strawberries lends sweetness and a lovely color and aroma.

Serve John's Negroni as an aperitif before Rach's Simple Seafood Lover's Supper: Spaghetti or Linguini with Red Clam Sauce and Baked Fish with Bay and Breadcrumbs
