- 2 ounces white wine
- 1 ounce Campari
- ¾ ounce simple syrup
- 2 dashes orange bitters, optional
- 2 to 3 ounces club soda or seltzer
- Rosemary sprig, for garnish
Combine the white wine, Campari, simple syrup, orange bitters (if using), and club soda in an ice-filled wine goblet or Collins glass. Stir gently and garnish with the rosemary sprig.
