Any way you squeeze it, watermelon water is summer in a glass."
- 1 seedless watermelon (7-8 pounds)
Cut the watermelon in half and score the inside into large squares. Using a large metal spoon, spoon out the inside of the watermelon up to the rind. Working in batches, puree the watermelon in the blender. Strain and serve.
