Dr. Ruth Westheimer is visiting Rachael to offer sex advice to couples who are looking to rekindle the fire after many years together.
Tip 1: Spice it Up by Taking it Outdoors
When a couple who has been together for 14 years asks how they can spice up their sex life, Dr. Ruth advises heading outdoors with some champagne for a picnic blanket rendez-vous. She stresses, however, to make sure you are completely alone and there are no police around.
Tip 2: Toys are Okay
When a woman asks if it’s okay to introduce toys into the bedroom, Dr. Ruth says that, yes, in the context of a healthy and loving relationship, toys can be a great addition.
Tip 3: Use Fantasies to Your Advantage
A couple who are 55-plus asked how they can get some of the magic of their younger years back. Dr. Ruth advises using fantasies to get in the mood.
Tip 4: Make it a Good Morning
She also shares, that for older people, the best time to get it on is in the morning, because testosterone is highest then.
