You don’t need a black belt in karate to show bad guys who’s boss. Just watch this how-to from former CIA officer Jason Hanson.
HOW TO DISARM SOMEONE IF YOU ARE BOUND
Jason shows Rach how to break out of being tied when someone is coming at you with a knife by simply twisting your attacker’s wrist.
HOW TO ESCAPE A HEADLOCK
If you’re being held in a headlock, the best thing you can do is to reach back and go for your attacker’s eyes.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU’RE PULLED BY YOUR HAIR
By placing your hands over your attacker’s while he or she is grabbing your hair, and twisting under their armpit, Jason claims you can break out.
HOW TO PUNCH YOUR ATTACKER WITHOUT HURTING YOURSELF
If you want to punch your attacker without breaking your own hand, smack your attacker with the back of your fist on their nose. This can be done from the front (above).
Or from behind. Stay safe everyone!
