After Seeing Stranger Counting Change To Buy Cat Food, Husband + Wife Start Pet Pantry At Farm Stand

After seeing a stranger counting change to buy cat food, Kenny + Jill started a donation-based community pet food pantry out of their farm stand in Acushnet, Massachusetts. "We organized it [and] we provided a place. We may have come up with a very quick idea, but this is completely a community effort. Everything that we have out there is a donation from somebody," Jill says. "I get voice messages of people crying," Kenny adds. "It gives them dignity. They don't feel like they're being watched, they don't feel like they're getting garbage for their animals to eat. To me personally, it feels like the greatest thing I've ever done in my life."

Rach, who was brought to tears by their story, thanked Kenny and Jill, saying, "What you do is so beautiful, I just love it so much." Plus, she assured them that Nutrish will be sending "a truckload of our support." 🧡
