"Evil" Star Aasif Mandvi Says His Wife Crushes Harder On His Characters Than On Him

The actor who plays problem-solving Ben Shakir on "Evil," alongside co-star Michael Emerson, says his wife calls his character sexy.

"My wife is constantly like, 'I really like [my "Evil" character] Ben. He's really sexy,'" Aasif tells Rach. "And I'm like, 'You know I'm him! I'm him!' And she's like, 'Yeah, but he can fix things.'"

"It's a little disconcerting that every time I play a role, she's got a crush on that role," the former "Daily Show" correspondent jokes, "not [on] the guy that she lives with." LOL!
