Dr. Drew Pinsky has some helpful advice for a protective mother and her 20-year-old daughter who recently moved back home.

"It's not healthy for our kids to make them responsible for our anxiety," Dr. Drew says. "They have to go out on their own, they have to fall down. But you need to manage your anxiety."

His advice for parents is to have five friends who you can call instead of your child when you start to catastrophize.
