Former fashion stylist and marketing executive Preston Konrad gives us a tour of his newly renovated Upper West Side NYC apartment—and reveals the design tricks he used to make it feel bigger. 

"I wanted the home to be representative of the neighborhood—rich, moody, cozy interiors— I actually painted the ceilings the exact same colors as the walls. I even painted the trim and all the molding the same color to give me that English old-school cozy feel. It's a bit darker than I've ever gone before," Preston says.
