- 1 box Uncle Bens® Brown Rice
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 clove of garlic, grated or minced
- 2 tablespoons ginger, grated
- 1 cup edamame, beans removed from pod
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Prepare rice to package directions.
In a large pan, heat sesame oil. Saut garlic and ginger until fragrant. Toss in edamame and cook for just a minute. Fold in rice and flavor with soy sauce to taste.
