Dr. Nigma Talib, author of Younger Skin Starts in The Gut, says the latest "products" to fight the lines on your face are actually in the produce aisle.

Dr. Nigma calls kale, watercress and spinach "line-fighting leaves," because according to her, the deep pigment of the greens are rich in antioxidants.

"They actually [provide] natural UV protection for the skin," the doc says, although they are not a replacement for sunscreen.

In fact, Dr. Nigma says that these three veggies are natural remedies for dark circles under the eyes because they contain vitamin K. (They help with those capillaries.)
